The basic problem
Administrative documentation related to a trial is of mucgrate volume than clinical documentation, at the same time it is an insignificant volume compared to the documents archived in the hospital.
It is often outwih the archiving standards of the hospital, must be conserved for "ad hoc" periods of time and not under the supervision of the institution, with different access from standard methods.
Administrative documentation archiving represents a heavy load for the investigator/institution with regard to logistical, economical and management aspects.
The Sponsor, who should be the most interested subject, until now has not been able to receive this documentation, and deal with its archiving himself.
